Welcome to Mischief in the Jungle (MITJ) and its affiliated brands, Bluf, VFX Café, and 443 Agency. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property (IP) Protection

1.1 Ownership of Work

All content, designs, concepts, scripts, graphics, videos, text, and other materials created by MITJ and its associated brands remain the exclusive intellectual property of MITJ until full payment is received and formal transfer of rights is documented.

Upon full payment, clients are granted the agreed-upon usage rights outlined in the project contract. Unless explicitly stated, we do not transfer ownership of raw files, working files, or drafts.

1.2 Use of MITJ Materials

No one is permitted to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any proprietary content, strategies, visuals, or materials created by MITJ without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.

1.3 Third-Party Materials

If a project involves the use of third-party materials (stock images, licensed music, software, etc.), it is the client’s responsibility to secure the necessary rights or licenses unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure (NDA)

2.1 Protection of Client Information

We recognize the sensitive nature of your business and are committed to protecting all confidential information shared with us. Any proprietary ideas, business strategies, designs, or internal documents provided by the client will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior written consent.

2.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Upon request, MITJ is prepared to enter into a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to safeguard sensitive information exchanged during the project lifecycle. This agreement ensures that both parties are legally bound to maintain strict confidentiality.

2.3 Internal Confidentiality

All internal discussions and data shared within MITJ, Bluf, VFX Café, and 443 Agency are strictly confidential. Our employees, contractors, and collaborators are bound by confidentiality clauses and internal NDAs.

3. Payment and Fees

3.1 Payment Terms

Payment terms, fees, and deliverable schedules will be clearly outlined in the project contract. A deposit may be required before work begins, with final payment due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work. MITJ reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at a rate of 1% per month.

4. Revisions and Project Scope

4.1 Revisions

Each project includes [Insert Number] rounds of revisions as specified in the contract. Additional revisions beyond this scope will incur additional fees.

4.2 Scope Changes

Any modifications to the agreed project scope, deliverables, or timeline must be requested in writing and may require a separate agreement or adjustment in pricing.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 Client Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has begun, any payments made are non-refundable. A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the stage of the project.

5.2 Termination by MITJ

MITJ reserves the right to terminate a project if the client breaches the agreement, engages in unethical practices, or fails to meet payment obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability


MITJ and its associated brands are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.

7. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lisbon Metropolitan Area.

8. Amendments


MITJ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
