It didn’t begin in 2025. Not even close.

It started long before—in El Cerrito, California, in 2017, or maybe even earlier, in every place I ever lived.

I was always chasing ways to speak without words. Artistic photoshoots, raw blog posts, fragmented stories. Not for money. For meaning.

But first, let me say this: I’m proud. MITJ—“mi-tch”—was born in the first week of 2025.
It’s everything I am, distilled and sharpened. Everything I can give back to the world.

Why the name? No reason at all. It’s 2025. Random abbreviations rule the game, and ‘X’ is taken.

But let’s rewind.

2020 flipped the switch. The way I led, created, built—everything fractured and rebuilt itself, growing into what MITJ is today.

2021. I registered my first business domain: Mischief in the Jungle.
It was nothing grand. A tiny copywriting studio. Just me—raw, inexperienced, and unapologetically proud.

How did I get into copywriting for businesses?
Well, it wasn’t poetic. It was grotesque.

The pandemic was fading, but the brutality of the political regime wasn’t. Belarus was suffocating from sadism.
February 2021. I was crashing at a friend’s apartment. She worked remotely as a data analyst. I was on her couch, jobless.

Police came every day. They’d pound on the door. Her dog barked. We sat frozen, barely breathing.

Her only crime? A scarf in colors of the opposition hanging from her balcony in 2020.

Although I wasn’t part of hanging scarves outside, they could make me a  “criminal“  in minutes. One wrong answer. One suspicious glance. They’d seize my phone, my laptop—gone. And I’d be nothing. Powerless.

They’d throw us both to jail from 15 days to 6 years wihtout asking questions, denying any access to lawyers.

I didn’t have the luxury to wait. I needed a way out.
One week later, I landed my first marketing job in an IT company. Not passion—survival.

Belarus in 2020 was a paradox. On one side, violence and repression. On the other, my creativity crystallized.
I expanded—from video production to content writing, SMM for tech companies, even leading a team at one of the top blockchain marketing agencies in the world.

But I didn’t stop producing.
I was writing, producing, supervising commercial shoots in Minsk.
A producer turned copywriter.

That’s why MITJ is a hybrid—a collision of both worlds.

Then came the war. 2022–2024. Full-scale.
And Belarus didn’t stay neutral.

I couldn’t handle it. I’m an empath. It broke me in places I didn’t know existed.
Change became survival. Again and again, I had to burn and rebuild myself.

Those years were the darkest.
Forced emigration. No rights. No status. Homesick. Betrayed. Alone. Terrified.
All I wanted was ground beneath my feet. To stop running.

But running built something.

That’s how Bluf was born—my noir, medieval, creative fragment of Minsk.
And 4:43 Agency—the bridge between San Francisco, Minsk, and now Lisbon.

So here we are.

MITJ isn’t just a service. It’s the answer to creative chaos.
From text to CGI—we turn your ideas into something real. Something that moves.
